Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book my event?

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for smaller events and 2-3 months for larger events or during peak seasons (holidays, graduation season, etc.).

Is there a deposit required to secure my booking?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. The deposit is refundable up to 14 days before the event date.

Can I bring my own cake for a celebration?

Yes, you may bring your own cake for special celebrations. There is a $25 cake cutting fee. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a cake.

Do you offer audio-visual equipment for presentations?

Yes, our meeting rooms are equipped with projectors, screens, and audio systems. Please let us know your specific AV requirements when booking so we can ensure everything is set up properly.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?

We can accommodate most dietary restrictions and allergies. Please inform us of any special dietary needs when planning your event menu, and our chef will create appropriate options.
